YOUR STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT AND E-BILLS
Electronic billing is the University’s official billing method for all students. We have opted for an option that is easy, secure and environmentally friendly.
Your statement of account
Your statement of account reflects your financial account at the moment it is being viewed.
At all times, you may view your balance through your online statement of account via the uoZone portal, under the "My finances" menu.
Your e-bill
Your e-bill indicates the amount due at a specific moment in time and is issued before the beginning of each semester. An email message will be sent to your official @uOttawa email address as well as to your personal email account, if indicated in your student record, confirming that an e-bill has been generated and is ready for viewing and/or printing.
To access your e-bill, log on to uoZone portal and select the "My finances" menu.
